Biography
Dr Aaron Yeung joined the Eye and Ear Hospital in 2017 and has been one of the Clinical Leads of the Acute Ophthalmology Service since 2022.
Dr Yeung completed his ophthalmology training in the UK and underwent fellowship training in Medical Retina and Uveitis at Sydney Eye Hospital and Ocular Oncology at Emory Eye Center, USA and Sheffield Ocular Oncology Service, UK. His PhD was awarded in 2012 and was focused on ocular surface reconstruction. He has authored multiple research papers and has been invited to speak at international meetings.
He enjoys training the next generations of ophthalmologists within the Victorian training program.
Dr Yeung enjoys his weekends exploring Victoria with his wife and young family.
