Biography
Dr Sharan Sidhu is a Specialist Anaesthetist and the Director of the Department of Anaesthesia. She is a medical graduate of the University of Glasgow and completed her fellowship training in Anaesthesia in Victoria across several hospitals.
She is responsible for the appointment, credentialing, performance and rostering of anaesthetists to the operating theatres and clinics. Se has oversight of the required facilities and equipment in the hospital theatre area, plus the training of Anaesthetic Registrars and Provisional Fellows within the hospital to ensure the Standards of the College of Anaesthetists are met.
