Biography
Dr Elizabeth Rose has been a Consultant Otolaryngologist at the Eye and Ear since 1995. From 1994-2021 she worked as a Consultant Otolaryngologist at the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Dr Rose has also worked at the Royal Children’s Hospital International and was involved in the development of a new Audiology service at the National Hospital of Pediatrics, Hanoi, Vietnam.
She is a member of the University of Melbourne Department of Otolaryngology. Projects she has been involved in as a Senior Lecturer Royal Australasian College of Surgeons include:
- Pacific Islands Project (Federated States of Micronesia, Tuvalu)
- The Australia Timor-Leste Program of Assistance for Secondary Services
- Advanced Surgical Training Committee
The International Consortium for Health Outcome Measurement (ICHOCM) – Otolaryngologists for the development of Standard Sets for patients who have cleft palate.
