Biography
Dr Kowal had specialised training in Strabismus in the USA in 1986-7 and has been Head of the Ocular Motility Clinic at The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital since 1992. He has a large national and international influence on strabismus teaching and research, including training numerous Australian and international ophthalmologists in strabismus.
