Eye and Ear employees undertaking research activities not included in their current scope of practice should contact the Research Office via email for credentialing and adding a research scope of practice.
If the Eye and Ear employee is involved in a clinical trial, they must have current certification of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training. Unless otherwise agreed by the Research Office the training must be delivered by a TransCelerate listed provider and is valid for three years from the date of issue. Evidence of current GCP training is to be provided to the Research Office. Further details on GCP can be found here.
