Statement of Commitment to Child Safety:

At the Eye and Ear, we:

• believe all children have the right to feel safe and be protected from harm.
• have a zero tolerance for any child harm or abuse.
• are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, including:
  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, linguistically diverse children and
  those with a disability.
• work with children, taking into consideration the need to protect a child and
  their rights, whilst being aware of the child’s, culture, disability, gender, age,
  stage of development, language, religion, sexuality and family.
• invite children to provide feedback about their experiences.
